Programs
Supportive Employment
Our Supported Employment Program provides a job preparation class, job development and job coaching services. The goal is to empower clients to attain careers in their community.
Partial Work
Our program provides employment skills training, work opportunities, social development, healthy living, and community integration. We encourage clients to discover more of who they are and what they can do through client choice.

Marketplace Program
The Marketplace Program helps clients learn employment skills through working as employees of ICAN’s very own small businesses like our Coffee Cart and Photobooth.
