Emma Coronel, wife of Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán, confirmed during a live broadcast on Kick that her supervised release in the United States has ended—a year earlier than the date originally scheduled for 2027.

“My legal issues—my legal situation that began six years ago—have come to an end. No more probation, no more legal trouble. I am free internationally,” the model declared to her audience.

This news marks the conclusion of a judicial process that began with her arrest in February 2021 and included a 36-month prison sentence for drug trafficking and money laundering.

According to her own account during the broadcast, a federal judge decided to move up the end date of her court-ordered supervision by one year, following an assessment of her conduct.
