The Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJCDMX) arrested Virginia “N” and Diana “N,” who are under investigation for their alleged involvement in the crime of property seizure—specifically, the allegedly illegal occupation of a residence located in the Colonia Del Valle neighborhood of the Benito Juárez borough.

The two women were located by Investigative Police officers in the Colonia Doctores neighborhood, where arrest warrants stemming from the case file were executed.

Following their capture, both women were transferred to the Santa Martha Acatitla Women’s Social Reintegration Center. They have been placed at the disposal of a control judge, who will determine their legal status as the criminal proceedings advance.

According to information from the capital’s Attorney General’s Office, the investigation began on July 21, 2026, after the property owner received several alerts from the home’s video surveillance system; the property is located at 18 Cerrada de Matías Romero Street in Colonia Del Valle.
