Journalist Carlos Jiménez, C4 Jiménez, reported that Ximena Pichel, known on social media as ‘Lady Racista,’ has allegedly failed to comply with the anti-discrimination therapy ordered by a judge, leading authorities to seek an arrest warrant against her.
Through his X account, the journalist indicated that the woman was summoned to a hearing and asserted that the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJ-CdMx), the Secretariat of Citizen Security, and the capital’s judiciary would seek a judge to impose more severe measures.
In his X post, C4 Jiménez wrote: “Ximena Pichel has not undergone the anti-discrimination therapy as ordered by a judge.”
Given the situation, he commented that Mexico City authorities intended to present the case before a judge following the alleged violation of previously ordered measures.
The journalist added that the woman must attend a hearing scheduled for May 20 to review her legal status.
