The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) has captured Juan Carlos “N,” alias “El Killis”—identified by authorities as a priority target and alleged instigator of violence in the municipalities of León and Silao, Guanajuato—following a series of coordinated operations that included the execution of five search warrants at various properties in the region.
The arrest was the result of an investigation led by the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Regional Control (FECOR) in Guanajuato, which identified potential activities linked to drug-related offenses and violations of the Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives.
In addition to the capture of “El Killis,” federal authorities arrested two other individuals identified as Lorenzo “N” and Juan Martín “N,” who are also under investigation for their alleged involvement in illicit activities.
During the operations, authorities seized weapons, ammunition restricted for exclusive use by the Armed Forces, and various quantities of drugs, including marijuana and a substance with characteristics similar to crystal meth.
