Federal authorities, in coordination with the Government of Morelos, have arrested eight individuals belonging to a criminal cell involved in extortion, drug dealing, homicide, and vehicle theft within the state of Morelos.
During the operation, one assailant was killed, and two officers from the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) sustained injuries and are currently receiving medical attention.
On social media, the head of the SSPC, Omar García Harfuch, reported that those detained include Rodolfo “N”—alias “Don Ramón”—identified as the leader of “Los Linos,” as well as Carlos “N,” one of his key operatives.
The criminal cell is linked to extortion, drug dealing, homicide, vehicle theft, and other violent incidents across various municipalities in Morelos.
Furthermore, the group is implicated in the trafficking of drugs into the United States, with destinations including San Antonio, El Paso, Atlanta, and North Carolina.
