Influencer Karely Ruiz and her partner were assaulted early Wednesday morning inside their home in the Las Puentes neighborhood of San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León.
Initial reports indicate that several armed men broke into the property, beat both victims, and stole jewelry valued at approximately 200,000 pesos. The state prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the incident.
A distress call was received around 4:00 a.m., prompting municipal police to respond to a home located near the intersection of Sierra de Segura and Sierra de Altamira streets.
Upon arrival, officers found only the affected couple, as the assailants had already fled the scene.
According to accounts gathered at the location, the group of criminals entered while the occupants of the house were asleep.

In addition to the robbery, one line of investigation suggests that the perpetrators attempted to forcibly abduct the content creator, although this version of events has not yet been officially confirmed by the authorities.
During the attack, the couple resisted, leading to a confrontation with the assailants. Consequently, both were beaten before the perpetrators fled with various pieces of jewelry and other valuables.
Noises coming from the home alerted local residents, who contacted the authorities via the emergency number.
