The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Querétaro announced the execution of a re-arrest warrant against José Manuel “N,” alias “El Oaxaco,” for the crime of rape committed against a minor.
According to the agency, the judicial order was issued by a Sentencing Enforcement Judge within the Querétaro Judicial District and was executed in coordination with authorities from the state of Guanajuato.
The suspect was located in the Santa Isabel neighborhood in the municipality of Celaya, where officers from the Criminal Investigation Police took him into custody.
Following his arrest, José Manuel “N” was informed of his rights as a detainee and was subsequently placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority to proceed with his legal case.
The State Attorney General’s Office highlighted that this operation demonstrates the effective coordination between state prosecutors’ offices in enforcing judicial rulings and preventing impunity regarding high-impact crimes.
Furthermore, the office reiterated its commitment to investigating and prosecuting crimes that threaten the integrity of children and adolescents, thereby guaranteeing access to justice for victims and their families.
