Argentine singer and songwriter Fede Dorcaz was murdered during an armed attack in Mexico City, just days after his debut on the reality show “Las estrellas bailan en Hoy,” produced by Televisa.
According to initial police reports, the attack occurred on the afternoon of October 10 in the Miguel Hidalgo borough, where the Sinaloa Cartel has reportedly operated, and where hairstylist Micky Hair was murdered by individuals riding a motorcycle.
Following the events, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office reported that an investigation has been opened for intentional homicide with a firearm, and the Mexico City Citizen Security Secretariat (SSC) indicated that C5 camera recordings are being analyzed to determine the route followed by the alleged perpetrators.
It has not yet been confirmed whether the incident was a direct attack or an attempted robbery. However, witnesses revealed that several individuals approached the vehicle and fired shots.
