Estefani “N”—known on social media as “La Barbie de la Alianza”—was arrested in Monterrey alongside two other individuals after authorities discovered suspected narcotics, magazines for long guns, and cellphones in the car in which they were traveling. The 31-year-old content creator was under investigation for her alleged connection to various illicit activities and had been identified as a suspected member or leader of a criminal group.

The arrest took place at the intersection of Cabezada and Nepenta avenues in the San Bernabé neighborhood of northern Monterrey, Nuevo León. Officers intercepted a private Nissan V-Drive carrying Estefani “N,” an 18-year-old woman identified as Melany “N,” and a 38-year-old man.

Conflicting information emerged regarding the male companion’s identity: initial reports named him as Javier “N,” while other official data identified him as Alfredo Eleazar “N”—alias “El Black” or “Javier.” Authorities considered him a high-priority target due to his alleged links to violent acts in the northern part of the municipality.

During the vehicle search, security personnel seized seven magazines for long guns, over 130 packets containing suspected cocaine and marijuana, and several cellphones. The three detainees and the confiscated items were turned over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which would determine their legal status.
