“Please explain what each of your agencies knew about Garcia Luna’s corruption and criminal activity, when they learned of that information, and how they learned of that information,” wrote Senator Chuck Grassley, the nation’s top-ranking Republican lawmaker. minority on the Judiciary Committee.
In his letter to DEA Administrator Anne Milgram and FBI Director Christopher Wray, Grassley also demands that they “identify the individuals to whom your agencies communicated such information [about García Luna’s corruption] and the dates on which every piece of information was communicated.”
