Influencer Jesús Hernández, better known on social media as “Soy el Chuyón,” broke his silence after being accused of the death of model Valeria Márquez.
On the night of Tuesday, May 13, news of the 23-year-old’s murder began circulating on social media.
A video began circulating on social media that caught the attention of viewers. It all happened while she was live with her fans, and suddenly, explosions in her head and chest ended her life instantly.
According to reports gathered from local reporters, a man posing as a delivery man had arrived at Blossom The Beauty Lounge, which she owned, asked for her the first time, but when he couldn’t find her, he left the place and later returned to commit the crime.
According to information from nearby residents, a man arrived on a motorcycle, got off, fired a shot, killed the model, and left without a trace.
Thanks to the peculiar sense of humor that characterizes Mexicans in any situation, even the most unfortunate, memes immediately began to be generated and, as usual, they smeared Jesús Hernández “Chuyón,” the sports journalist.
This isn’t the first time the content creator has been involved in an event of this nature. The journalist had previously been linked to the assault suffered by Javier Aguirre, the Mexican coach, in a game between Honduras and Mexico, among many other disappearances, deaths, and even natural accidents.

Through his X account, El Chuyón dedicated a few words to the influencer’s mourners:
“To Valeria’s family, I wish them a speedy recovery, and to those who say they’re looking for me, I just want to tell them to calm down and that I have nothing to do with that sad and cruel crime. Anyway…how sad to receive threats for an external ‘meme’,” he added.
In another more recent post, Chuyón acknowledged the consequences of his defamation:
“I have received thousands of insults and threats for something sad and tragic. It wasn’t a joke, it’s not a joke, something very ugly happened to a lady, but I will try to get to the bottom of those jokers who gave me a very hard day,” concluded the person affected by the social criticism.
