Four more victims of the truck explosion on the La Concordia Bridge in the Iztapalapa borough were reported dead, including the driver, Fernando Soto Munguía, bringing the total number of deaths from the accident that occurred last Wednesday to 19, according to the Mexico City Health Secretariat.
Soto Munguía, 34, was in the Victoriano de la Fuente Narvaez Trauma Hospital, according to the department’s report tonight.
It also reported that 32 injured people remain in hospitals and 33 have already been discharged.
Among those hospitalized are 22 men, seven women, and three babies, including two-year-old Jaclyn Azulet—Alicia Matías’s granddaughter—who was transferred Monday with the support of the Michou and Mau Foundation from the Siglo XXI Medical Center Hospital to Shriners Hospitals for Children in Galveston, Texas, United States, where her condition is reported to be “critical and stable.”
“You thought you were the devil, dude,” Cazzu sparks a stir with a brutal remark during her concert.
