TikTok is mourning the tragic death of influencer Natasha Allen, who passed away at the age of 28 after nearly five years battling a deadly and aggressive illness.
The TikToker’s family shared the sad news with their more than 200,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram. With a heartbreaking message, her family mourned the young woman’s death and invited her fans to continue being better people, a call Natasha Allen always made. A statement announcing the irreparable loss was shared through her official accounts, where they also remembered her for each and every one of the qualities she displayed before, during, and after her fatal illness.
“Natasha was a beautiful person, full of love, kindness, and joy. She touched countless hearts and was a great advocate for synovial sarcoma awareness,” they wrote in the message shared a few days ago.
Influencer Natasha Allen passed away at the age of 28 after years of battling stage 4 synovial sarcoma, an aggressive type of cancer she was diagnosed with in 2020 and which she constantly discussed on social media, where she also shared part of her journey.
Although the news of her death went viral this Wednesday, it is known that the young woman lost her battle with cancer on August 22, 2025. In a statement shared by her family, they remembered her fondly and added that she will remain in the hearts of many.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, synovial sarcoma is a cancer of soft tissues, such as muscles or ligaments, which is very rare and slow-growing. The disease is characterized by not causing pain or presenting symptoms.
