Arturo “N,” also known as José Rafael “N,” alias “El Dober,” was formally charged for his alleged involvement in the crimes of possessing a firearm and ammunition restricted to the Armed Forces.
The individual, identified as the son of Leticia Rodríguez, alias “Doña Lety,” the alleged leader of the Cancún Cartel, was prosecuted after an arrest warrant was served while he was in custody.
“Doña Lety’s” son is currently being held at the Social Reintegration Center in Benito Juárez, Cancún, on charges related to a state crime.
His arrest took place on December 22, 2025, along with a woman identified as Valeria Teresita “N,” in the municipality of Benito Juárez.
