Federal authorities are investigating Los Mayos as the alleged perpetrators of the kidnapping of Nicole Pardo Molina, a content creator known on social media as La Nicholette, who disappeared on January 20 of this year.

According to initial investigations, three armed men in a stolen white vehicle threw tire spikes at the SUV in which the young woman was traveling, intercepted her, and then forced her into the car.
On social media, primarily TikTok, versions circulated pointing to the Los Mayos faction as responsible for the crime. This line of inquiry is now part of the authorities’ investigation.

Furthermore, federal forces are maintaining constant communication with local security agencies to strengthen the search and the investigative processes to locate the victim and apprehend those responsible.

What happened to ‘La Nicolette’?

On January 20, 2026, the kidnapping of 20-year-old Nicole Pardo Molina, known as La Nicholette on social media, was reported. The incident occurred in the Isla Musala neighborhood of Culiacán, Sinaloa.

Nicole Pardo holds both U.S. and Mexican citizenship and is a social media content creator, primarily on platforms like Snapchat, Instagram, and TikTok.

She also managed the website Nicholette Shop, where she sold various items such as bracelets, sunglasses, and clothing, including hats with references to Joaquín Guzmán Loera and the Los Chapitos cartel.
