Scandal at Miss Universe Mexico: Director Accused of Violence After Alleged Arrest in Thailand

The scandal continues at Miss Universe. While the organization faces an international crisis due to accusations between Mexican Jorge Figueroa and Thai Nawat Itsaragrisil, a new episode has emerged with statements from Michelle Domínguez, the current Miss Quintana Roo 2025.

The controversies within Miss Universe continue with a new accusation of violence against the director following his alleged arrest in Thailand. This stems from an accusation made on social media by Michelle Domínguez.

It was through social media that the model made accusations of abuse by the director of Miss Universe Mexico, stating:

“I was a victim of violence at the hands of Jorge Figueroa,” Michelle commented.

The Quintana Roo representative for Miss Universe 2025 spoke about how she suffered abuse, insults, and manipulation at the hands of the pageant director.

The model expressed her discontent with the organizer, who allegedly caused a fight between her and other Miss Universe Mexico contestants, arguing that he was the one provoking the conflicts among them.

Michelle Domínguez stated that the organizer provoked one of the other contestants to physically assault her following comments made by Jorge Figueroa. She said:

“He provoked my fellow contestant from Tamaulipas to hit me in the face with a cell phone. He spoke to my fellow contestants saying that I was a person with irregular behavior, which isn’t true,” the model added.
