Pornhub’s annual report has once again shaken up the digital and cultural conversation in Mexico: by the end of 2025, the country is projected to become the second largest consumer of digital pornography worldwide.
This new ranking comes after the decline of France and the United Kingdom, affected by severe regulatory controls and platform outages, which propelled Mexico to climb two positions compared to the previous year.
According to the report, the United States remains in the lead, bolstered by its enormous user base, while Mexico now ranks second. The country’s rise coincides with the implementation of age verification laws that restricted access in France and the United Kingdom, leaving them further behind and Mexico in a privileged position.
The Philippines remains close in third place, while Brazil and Germany complete the top five, although both countries show different trends in both the number of visits and the time their users spend browsing.
