An intense debate has erupted following the recent clash between Fatima Bosch, Mexico’s representative at Miss Universe, and Nawat Itsaragrisil, president of Miss Grand International and director of Miss Universe Thailand.
Several users on X and Facebook have pointed out that the Thai organization is implementing strategies to minimize the Mexican contestant’s visibility on the pageant’s digital platforms.
Bosch’s posts and videos have been relegated to the bottom of the pageant’s feed, hindering their appearance on the competition’s official profiles.
The controversy has intensified due to thousands of messages on social media, where users are demanding equal treatment for the Mexican candidate. From Bosch’s personal account, a native of the state of Tabasco, followers have been asked to increase comments and reactions on Miss Universe Thailand’s posts to counteract the lack of exposure.
