Regional Mexican singer Majo Aguilar presented her show “Mariachi Mío Tour” to the press. Although she emphasized that she would not talk about Ángela Aguilar and therefore her cousin’s marriage to Christian Nodal, she couldn’t avoid the question about a possible collaboration with Cazzu and Belinda, the singer-songwriter’s former partners. For several years, Majo has reiterated to the media that she doesn’t like to talk about comparisons with her cousin and that she is focused on her career.
However, for several months now, Antonio Aguilar’s daughter has made it clear that there is a rift between her and her uncle Pepe Aguilar and Ángela Aguilar, and that they are no longer as close as they once were.
Therefore, it’s no surprise that at the press conference she held to discuss her upcoming show at the Metropolitan Theater on June 7, Majo responded, when specifically asked, that she wouldn’t mind collaborating with the ex-partners of Christian Nodal, who married her cousin Ángela Aguilar on July 24.
“I’m open to collaborating with talented people. Yes, yes, of course I would (Belinda), with Cazzu, always with respect,” and emphasized that “it’s nice to work with talented people.”
