The woman named Ximena N, who was dubbed Lady Racist on social media, once again became the subject of ridicule and scorn on social media after it became known how she plans to pay for the damages to the Mexico City Citizen Security Secretariat officer she insulted and denigrated on the streets of the Condesa neighborhood in the Cuauhtémoc borough.
On his social media, journalist Carlos Jiménez revealed that the woman of Argentine origin asked to pay for the damages to the officer in ‘small installments’ as if she had gone to a store to buy a device.
The source explained that Ximena Pichel negotiated that the payment for the damages would be made in monthly installments over a year.
PUNISHMENT FOR LADY
A supervisory judge brought Ximena Pichel to trial for the crime of discrimination against a SSC police officer. The precautionary measures he must face are:
Offer a public apology to the affected officer.
Refrain from leaving the country.
Sign monthly notices before the judge for six months.
Refrain from frequenting the location where the assault occurred (the Condesa neighborhood).
Completion of social service with the Council to Prevent and Eliminate Discrimination (Copred/Conapred) and attendance at awareness-raising talks.
Payment of 97,000 pesos in compensation for the damage.
These measures are supposed to be completed within a period of approximately six months.
