Even truck drivers are defending themselves against robberies on Mexican highways

Through the social media platform X, a video has gone viral of a truck driver crashing into a vehicle on one of Puebla’s highways. Some say it happened on the Mexico-Puebla Highway, but this has not been confirmed.

However, it has been reported that the heavy-duty truck driver was simply defending himself against a group of thieves who tried to steal his vehicle, as is common on the state’s highways.

The thieves in the vehicle stopped in front of the heavy-duty truck to force it to stop, but the driver resisted. They then moved to the side to shoot the truck driver.

But the driver didn’t let the thieves get the better of him and threw his vehicle at them. The thieves never expected it and didn’t even know how to get out of the way. The video shows him repeatedly crashing and dragging the vehicle of the thieves who saw him nearby.

The video also shows that other drivers joined in to prevent the filthy drivers from escaping, blocking their path.

Ultimately, the truck driver managed to escape unharmed; the trailer suffered no serious damage. Reports indicate that the filthy drivers kept the damaged vehicle. This is an example of what drivers must do without much hesitation. Congratulations to the truck driver.
