Rafael Caro Quintero, founder of the Guadalajara Cartel, is set to face trial for drug trafficking in the United States, after the Attorney General’s Office confirmed that they continue to produce materials for trial.
In addition, the Mexican will remain in solitary confinement under Special Administrative Measures (SAMs) at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center in New York.
