Adrián LeBarón reported on his official X account the incursion of two trucks carrying gunmen into his nephew’s home in Alamillo, Chihuahua. According to his account, the attackers attempted to carry out threats they had previously made against his family.
In the message posted this Friday, April 3, the activist and member of the Mormon community reported that more than twelve armed individuals forcibly entered the residence, sowing fear and seeking to intimidate both his family members and the community.
In his statement, LeBarón described how the aggressors stormed his nephew’s house and insisted that the presence of these armed groups is an attempt to manipulate and subdue the region’s population through fear.
“More than 12 criminals entered to threaten and continue sowing fear; they want to manipulate the community and an entire region through terror,” the activist wrote on his X profile.
