Calling all California students in kindergarten through twelfth grade, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has an opportunity for you to unleash your creativity.
Caltrans is announcing its Clean California K-12 Multimedia Contest for 2025 to help kids combat litter in their neighborhoods.
Students interested in entering this year’s contest are asked to create a multimedia art piece that promotes the Clean California Zero-litter mission.
There are four categories including kindergarten through second-grade, third through fifth-grade, sixth through eighth-grade, and ninth through twelfth-grade.
The winner in each grade level group will get a $500 gift card.
The deadline to submit artwork is January 31.
