A man, approximately 40 years old, was executed this Thursday afternoon after being the target of a direct armed attack at a golf course located in the Marina neighborhood of Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
According to initial reports from the crime scene, a group of hitmen burst into the area where the victim was located and fired at him repeatedly, leaving him critically wounded before fleeing the scene.
The victim received emergency aid and was rushed to a local hospital; however, medical staff confirmed his death minutes after his arrival due to the severity of the gunshot wounds.
It has been reported that the deceased was Saúl “N,” an alleged local businessman—an identity that has not yet been officially confirmed by investigative authorities.
