The United States Ambassador to Mexico, Ronald Johnson, emphasized that the arrest of Ángel Esteban Aguilar, known as “Little Wolf,” in Mexico City, sends a message to criminals internationally.

Through his social media accounts, the diplomat explained that Aguilar’s arrest underscores the importance of coordinated international efforts to combat cartels, drug trafficking, and the violence generated by criminal organizations.

“The cooperation promoted by Donald Trump and Mayor Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo is yielding concrete results and sending a clear message: criminals have nowhere to hide. Not in Mexico, not in the United States, not internationally,” he wrote.

It should be noted that “Little Wolf” is identified as a high-ranking operative within the Ecuadorian criminal organization “Los Lobos,” where he served as supervisor of logistics and security for drug shipments.
