The Mexico City Attorney General’s Office (FGJCDMX) arrested Gaby “N” after executing an arrest warrant against her for her alleged responsibility in the crime of aggravated homicide. The measure stems from the investigation initiated after a traffic accident that occurred on January 3, 2026, in the Iztapalapa borough.
During the initial investigation, it was established that the victim, a 52-year-old man riding a motorcycle, was struck by a car at the intersection of Eje 6 Sur and Periférico Oriente.
After the accident, the driver continued driving, causing the man to be dragged several meters until he died at the scene.
Authorities began the relevant investigation, starting with an analysis of video recordings, interviews, expert mechanical reports, as well as a reconstruction of the events and technical follow-up work. As a result of the reviews carried out, the person responsible for driving the car was identified, establishing their probable guilt in the incident.
