The names of Colombian artists “B-King” and “Regio Clown” have been trending these days, after it was reported that they were missing after performing in Mexico during the Independence Day celebrations.

Even Colombian President Gustavo Petro asked Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum to locate them.

B-King is the stage name of singer Bayron Sánchez Salazar, originally from Colombia, born in Norte de Santander but raised in the city of Medellín.

At 31 years old, the coffee grower has gained great recognition in the music world, especially in the urban genre, thanks to songs like “Made in Cali” and “Me Quieres” (You Need Me).

Many also remember him for having a highly publicized relationship with DJ Marcela Reyes.

Who is Regio Clown?

Jorge Luis Herrera Lemos is a renowned DJ born in Valle del Cauca and better known artistically as Regio Clown.

The 35-year-old Colombian businessman is recognized for the energy of his stage sets, combining genres such as electronic music, but primarily Latin and urban sounds, with which he has created a connection with people.

He is also known for using his social media to share motivational messages and posts with inspirational quotes.

The Mexico State Attorney General’s Office confirmed that the bodies of Colombian artists Bayron Sánchez Salazar (B-King) and Jorge Luis Herrera Lemos (DJ Regio Clown) were located this Monday morning. It was reported that there is inter-institutional collaboration with the Mexico City Attorney General’s Office to clarify the events.

Both disappeared on September 16, 2025, in the Polanco neighborhood, Miguel Hidalgo borough, after reporting they were going to a gym. The Mexico City Commission for the Search for Persons had issued location reports.
