A supervisory judge ordered the immediate release of Alejandro ‘N’, known as Lord Pádel, who had been admitted to the Barrientos prison after being accused of participating in a brawl at a padel club in Atizapán de Zaragoza, where an instructor identified as Israel Morales was seriously injured.
Because he had an injunction against his arrest warrant, he and Othon ‘N’ will be able to attend the first hearing in freedom.
However, this injunction excludes his wife, Karla Alejandra ‘N’, and his son, Germán ‘N’, who will remain behind bars. The hearing continues, so Lord Pádel is expected to leave prison through customs and enter the court for his first hearing.
Alejandro ‘N’ and his companions were arrested on Thursday in Cancún, Quintana Roo, after returning from a trip to Florida and Germany.
