Through coordination between the Puebla and Tabasco Prosecutors’ Offices, Ángel Javier ‘N’, an alleged member of the La Barredora criminal group and apparently linked to at least 10 intentional homicides, was arrested. The alleged criminal was taken from Angelópolis to Tabasco for custody.
The now detained 28-year-old, known as El Caiser or El Angelito, was captured on Municipio Libre Boulevard near Carlos Camacho Espíritu Street, where federal and local authorities conducted a security operation in the area.
Through this operation, the suspect was apprehended. Upon being summoned by authorities in Tabasco, he was immediately prosecuted and transferred to the State Attorney General’s Office by air. After this journey, which was protected by federal security personnel, El Caiser was handed over to the corresponding ministerial authorities.
Furthermore, work is underway to bring him before a Control Judge to advance the criminal proceedings for his apparent involvement in organized crime and the connection attributed to him with multiple homicides in that state.
