A supervisory judge has ordered Brian Alonso “N” to stand trial, ruling there is sufficient evidence to proceed with the case against him as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of disappearance committed by private individuals. The case involves the abduction of influencer Nicole Pardo Molina—known on social media as “La Nicholette”—an incident that gripped Culiacán in January 2026. The judge imposed mandatory and justified pretrial detention as a precautionary measure.

The ruling was announced on October 8 following a hearing in which the Central Zone Specialized Agency for the Forced Disappearance of Persons—part of the Sinaloa State Attorney General’s Office (FGE)—presented evidence regarding the case.

Prosecutors formally presented the charges, and the accused exercised his right to remain silent. The judge set a two-month deadline for the completion of the supplementary investigation, during which time the accused will remain in custody.

An order to stand trial does not constitute a finding of guilt; rather, it is a judicial ruling determining that there is sufficient evidence to proceed with a formal investigation against Brian Alonso “N”.
