This Saturday, January 24, Nancy “N,” an alleged operator for a faction of La Chokiza, a group that operates in the State of Mexico, was arrested. Its leader, identified as Alejandro Gilmare, alias “El Choko,” was arrested in September 2025.
The woman, a Colombian national, is identified as a suspected member of the “Golden Roma” cell, linked to extortion through predatory lending.
Her arrest took place in the municipality of Ecatepec de Morelos during an operation led by the Mexican Navy (Semar) following intelligence work coordinated with the Ecatepec Metropolitan Police, the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime, and the Criminal Investigation Agency.
According to the information gathered, the detainee’s name is Nancy “N,” 52 years old, who is also known as “Valeria.”
