The name Nicole Pardo Molina, known in the digital world as “La Nicholette,” has become a trending topic after the release of a shocking video showing her being kidnapped in broad daylight. More than 48 hours after her abduction on Tuesday, January 20, her whereabouts remain a mystery, tragically coinciding with her 21st birthday on Wednesday.
In a new video circulating on social media, the influencer can be seen being forced into a vehicle by armed men. After the release of the first video, many people claimed it was staged; however, this new footage clearly shows the young woman being forced into the vehicle.
Meanwhile, on social media, both the La Mayiza and La Chapiza factions have blamed each other, typical of both groups of cowards.
The young woman, who held dual Mexican and American citizenship, gained notoriety on platforms like TikTok and Instagram for showcasing an extravagant lifestyle, the ultimate symbol of which was a customized purple Tesla Cybertruck, the vehicle she was driving when she was abducted.
The kidnapping, which lasted less than 40 seconds, was captured by her own truck’s security cameras. The footage shows a group of armed men forcing her out of the vehicle in the Isla Musala area. The authenticity of the video was recently confirmed by the state governor, Rubén Rocha Moya.
The investigation into the motive for the kidnapping has focused on her business activities. Nicole managed Nicholette Shop, a boutique located in the same area where she disappeared. Although the business began in 2020 selling religious items and beauty accessories, its catalog evolved to include products with direct references to drug trafficking:
The store offered caps with slogans related to “La Chapiza” (Joaquín Guzmán’s sons) and, simultaneously, clothing alluding to “La Mayiza” (Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada’s faction).
A cap with the phrase “Soy un chavo muy felix” (I’m a very happy kid) stood out, linked to Juan Carlos Félix Gastélum, alias “El Chavo Félix,” Zambada’s son-in-law, who was extradited to the U.S. in August 2025.
In 2022, the influencer expanded her brand by opening a branch in Phoenix, Arizona, reinforcing her product line alluding to figures like “El Señor de los Cielos” (The Lord of the Skies).
Despite several content creators in Sinaloa publicly expressing their willingness to cooperate with the kidnappers and expedite his release, as of the morning of January 22, there was no ransom demand and no official information regarding his condition.
The state prosecutor’s office is pursuing several lines of investigation, analyzing whether his business dealings with symbols of rival groups could have triggered the attack. For now, the purple Cybertruck remains in official custody as key evidence in a case that has shocked the influencer community in northern Mexico.
