On the morning of Monday, October 20, the Puebla “Medio Metro” was found dead in an irrigation canal in the San Sebastián de Aparicio district.

Residents of Ávila Camacho Street reported to the emergency number that there was a body with a head wound. According to witnesses, unknown men left it at the scene.

However, municipal authorities reported that it may have died from being hit by a car, but the driver of the car fled the scene.

People noticed because several dogs were surrounding the body, intent on biting it.

Police from the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC), along with members of the National Guard, arrived at the scene to secure the area.

At that moment, a group of people asked authorities to allow them to see the body to verify that it was not their relative. However, they prevented him from doing so until the ministerial authorities arrived.

Hours later, personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) arrived at the scene to carry out the removal of the body. The body was wearing black sneakers, white pants, and a white shirt with blue dots.

The man was 1.40 meters tall and had a tattoo of Santa Muerte on his chest on the left side.

Hours later, it was reported that he was the well-known “Medio Metro de El Alto,” who was known for his style of dancing in sound systems. He was the one who gave birth to the “medio metros” of Sonido Pirata.
