A new “Lady Uñas” has emerged in recent hours on digital platforms. It’s a woman from the city of Mexicali, Baja California, who refused to pay for a gel-nail and pedicure service of approximately 2,700 pesos, for which she hit one of the workers.
She has been dubbed “Lady Nails” or identified as Aurora “N,” 26 years old, and was arrested by officers of the Mexicali Municipal Police. In images circulating on digital platforms, the same officers have been seen detaining her for her aggressive behavior.
According to initial reports, the woman involved refused to pay for a service and reacted aggressively toward a worker at a beauty salon located in the Fovissste neighborhood in the city of Mexicali, Baja California, in northern Mexico.
The woman is expected to be brought before a Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP) to continue the entire legal process, as well as determine liability if the victim seeks to press charges.
